BVM Bubbles & Bakes: A Sparkling Heart-Shaped Cake Decorating Class

Join us for "Bubbles and Bakes" – a bubbly, glittering cake decorating session where you’ll learn to create a stunning cake while sipping champagne and enjoying girl-dinner bites.

Class Theme: Vintage-Style Isabel Heart Cakes

Date and Time: Thursday, July 18, 2024, 6:30 - 8:30 PM

What You’ll Learn:

  1. Decorating, Icing and Piping: learn how to create heart cake edges, a smooth top and sides, and dip your toe in your piping lesson
  2. Piping Techniques: learn vintage-inspired frills, small and large shells, border flourish, pearl drops
  3. Colors and Decoration: learn to create different shades of one color and unique vintage tones, add more piping styles to your skill set, and decorate a heart-shaped cake worthy of that instagram grid

Take Home:

  • Your own gorgeously decorated cake
  • A recipe booklet packed with tips and troubleshooting advice
  • The evening’s set of cake-decorating tips

All Supplies Included: Though BVM provides all ingredients and class supplies, students may bring an apron and a light jacket. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Class Fee: $85 per student (age 21 and older)

Class Size: 8 people per class

Parking: Parking is available in the lot in front of the building.

  • 72-hour cancellation policy: Spots are reserved with full payment. To cancel, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class will not be refunded.
  • Class starts promptly at 6:45 PM.

Allergy Notice: All of Bonne Vie Macarons' macarons are made with almond flour, and some of our macarons and fillings contain nuts. Nuts are not part of every recipe, but trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products. Most of the fillings contain cream or butter. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. No allergy accommodations or alternatives will be made for this class.
