DO YOU DELIVER TREATS WITHIN LAFAYETTE PARISH?
We will offer a delivery quote for large custom orders within the city limits. For smaller, daily offerings, there is a $25.00 standard delivery fee.
CAN WE SEND YOU A DM ON INSTAGRAM TO PLACE A CAKE ORDER OR RESERVE TREATS?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders of any kind over Facebook or Instagram DM.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR MACARONS, TARTS, CUPCAKES, AND OTHER BAKERY TREATS?
If you’re looking to place an order for customized treats, please send an email to our Order Manager, Deb, at BonneVieMacarons@gmail.com and include the treats you are looking for, the quantity you’d prefer, flavors and the date you’d like your order to be for as well as a phone number. Some bakery items require a minimum quantity for customization of color or flavor and our customer service team will be able to provide you with the best options based on the information you provide.
HOW DO I PRE-ORDER WHAT'S IN THE CASE THIS WEEK?
To reserve treats in the case weekly, simply give the shop a call on the day you'd like to reserve and the BVM Girls will take care of the rest. Our shop phone number is: 337-534-0425. Payment is required at the time you make your reservation.
WHEN WILL YOU HAVE MY FAVORITE FLAVOR NEXT?
Since being in the shop's location, we’ve crafted hundreds of unique flavors! We stock our most popular flavors weekly and rotate out the less popular/ seasonal specific options. Keep an eye on our menu on instagram to see when the flavor you love will be on our menu next. If you really love a flavor, there’s always the option to place a custom order via email with our Order Manager, Deb.
DO YOU SHIP TREATS OR MERCH?
Due to shipping delays and concerns, we do not currently ship treats or our non-perishable gift items.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Custom Orders: We require a full week's notice to cancel any cakes or large bakery orders.
No Show: We will call you to try and arrange an alternative pick up date. If we cannot get a hold of you and your order remains unclaimed, your credit card may be charged.
We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate!

ARE YOUR MACARONS GLUTEN-FREE? NUT-FREE? DAIRY-FREE?
Most of our macaron flavors are gluten-free, but none are nut or dairy free at this time. While nuts are not part of every recipe, trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. Most of our fillings contain either cream or butter at this time.
HOW FAR ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK ORDERS?
We typically require 2-3 weeks notice to book custom orders. The earlier the better, but we will always try our best to accommodate last minute requests!
